SRS MPA100 Melting Point Apparatus

The SRS MPA100 (OptiMelt) is a fast, accurate way to automatically measure the melting point of chemical substances. It comes with a built-in digital camera that records each test, so you can review the results anytime.

Easy to Use

Just set your start temperature, ramp rate, and stop temperature, then press start. Results show clearly on the large touchscreen display, and you can view samples up close through a built-in magnifying lens.

Accurate & Reliable

The MPA100 uses a precise temperature sensor, measuring up to 400°C with 0.1°C accuracy. It can be calibrated using certified reference standards, keeping your results trustworthy over time.

Meets Lab Standards

The MPA100 follows GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) requirements and can store up to 24 test methods or 8 full reports. Records can be printed, viewed on the display, or sent to a computer. 

Bonus Features

Besides melting point testing, the MPA100 can also be used as a general digital thermometer and has 3 built-in timers available to keep track of timed events during experiments.

What should I do if the unit is unresponsive to front-panel touch functions?
