Fiber Filter Bags (F57) — 200 Count

Official 25-micron porosity filter bags designed for seamless use with the ANKOM DELTA Automated Fiber Analyzer.

These filter bags are used to test how much fiber is inside food and feed samples. They are made for use with ANKOM fiber testing systems.

ทำไมถุงกรองถึงซีลปิดไม่สนิท? ฉันควรทำอย่างไร?

สาเหตุที่ทำให้ถุงซีลปิดไม่สนิทอาจเกิดจากปัจจัยต่อไปนี้:

1) การตั้งค่าระดับความร้อนบนเครื่องซีลอาจต่ำเกินไป สำหรับถุงกรองรุ่น F57 และ F58 ควรตั้งค่าระดับความร้อนไว้ที่ประมาณ "4-5" ส่วนถุงกรองรุ่น XT4 ควรตั้งค่าไว้ที่ระดับ "6" ทั้งนี้ ระดับความร้อนที่เหมาะสมอาจแตกต่างกันไปตามเครื่องซีลแต่ละเครื่อง จึงควรทดลองซีลเพื่อหาค่าที่เหมาะสมที่สุด

2) ลวดความร้อนชำรุดหรือขาด ให้คลายสกรูตัวเล็กสองตัวที่ยึดแผ่นเทฟลอน (Teflon cover) ออก แล้วนำแผ่นเทฟลอนออกเพื่อตรวจสอบว่าลวดความร้อนขาดหรือไม่ หากพบว่าขาด ให้เปลี่ยนลวดความร้อนใหม่โดยใช้ชิ้นส่วนสำรองที่มาพร้อมกับกล่องเครื่องซีล

3) ติดตั้งฉนวนกันความร้อนไม่ถูกต้อง ควรติดตั้งฉนวนกันความร้อนให้เรียบร้อยเพื่อป้องกันไม่ให้ลวดความร้อนสัมผัสกับส่วนที่เป็นโลหะบริเวณฐานของเครื่องซีล

Why isn't my filter bag sealing properly? What can I do?

This might be why the bags are not sealing well: 

1) The dial on the heat sealer may not be turned up high enough. To seal F57 and F58 Filter Bags, the dial must be set around "4-5". The setting may vary slightly from sealer to sealer. Test sealing to "dial in" the correct setting.

2) The heating element is broken. Loosen the two small screws that keep the Teflon cover in place and remove the cover. Check to see if there is a break in the heating element. If there is, replace the heating element with the spare in the box that the heat sealer came in. 

3) The insulator is not properly installed. The insulator should be installed to ensure that the heating element does not touch any of the metal on the base of the heat sealer.
